The grapes for this wine are family-farmed on a two-acre vineyard in southeast Napa Valley. The Immaculate Vineyard is influenced by the cooler weather from the nearby San Pablo Bay, allowing for slow and even ripening. An intense purple in the glass, the nose features toasty spiced notes of cherry, raspberry, and mocha. Gentle tannins lead to bright mint and cocoa on the palate with a dark chocolate and blackberry finish. This vintage is a fuller expression of a Coombsville Cabernet, showing the versatility and range this exciting AVA has to offer.
