Grown on the small, two-acre Immaculate Vineyard in the Coombsville AVA of southeast Napa Valley, this Cabernet Sauvignon is influenced by the cooler, temperate weather from the nearby San Pablo Bay, allowing for slower, more even ripening. An intense purple in the glass, the nose possesses cherry blossom and dragon fruit, with an intriguing background of mixed spices and chocolate. Earthy sage and dried herb meet a balanced layer of crisp red fruit and gentle tannins.
This dark plum colored 2018 Mt. Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Bruadair Vineyard, situated on Mount Veeder nestled in the Mayacamas Mountain range along the western side of the Napa Valley at 1,500 feet.
The Redmon Estate Vineyard is located in the heart of St. Helena. These fifty-year old vines produce the grapes for this stunning Cabernet and once in your glass, this dark Morocco maroon-colored wine releases initial floral aromas of violet and roses followed by holiday spice. In the mouth it expresses vibrant blueberry, milk chocolate, vanilla and dark cherry pie. This results in a lush and smooth mouthfeel with dark fruit and silky soft tannins, ending in a long finish.
